YOMARI
Yomari is a traditional Newari sweet dumpling from Nepal, made from rice flour dough filled with a sweet mixture of molasses (chaku) and sesame seeds, then steamed. It's a popular dessert, especially during the winter festival of Yomari Punhi, and is also prepared for other special occasions like birthdays, symbolizing new beginnings and providing warmth.
